Thanks to Jimmy for suggesting the MP56 Teams Edition handset. We appreciate your offer to come and demonstrate the different phones before ordering the fleet. We are happy to say that all 75 phones have been sent to the users, connected to reCIPHER.tel and tested prior to postage. We were sceptical that these phones could work ‘out of the box’ from so many different locations, without special VPN, MPLS and VoIP hardware (as was the case with the last PABX supplied by Australia’s largest Telco). The MPLS services alone were costing $10,000 per month, solely for phones. Not to mention the $30,000 PABX and licenses, which expired in 3x years. Long story short, it was cheaper to buy 75x latest MP56 Phones, Migrate the SIP trunks to reCIPHER and decommission the PABX. So far we have no complaints. The added Call Recording, Chat and Video Conferencing is amazing! Thanks Jimmy and Thanks reCIPHER for managing everything from A to Z. Our Phone Bills have already reduced and we upgraded and added more numbers!
